Our customers have called our dumplings "consistently awesome", here's why:
|
Dumplings are a very popular form of Chinese food. They usually consist of minced meat and finely chopped vegetables wrapped in a piece of dough skin. We distinguish our dumplings by making them fresh every day, with meat that is never frozen. Popular meat fillings include ground pork, chicken, and shrimp. Got Dumplings serves all of these delicious flavors; stop by and try them for yourself!
|
Dumplings can be steamed, boiled, or fried. No matter how they are prepared, our process starts with hand-chopped ingredients and unprocessed meat that is ground up in store. We then hand-fold each individual dumpling and cook them as customers order at our store. At our food truck, we prepare the dumplings the night before to serve customers the next day. Either way, we offer unrivaled freshness and quality. What makes our dumplings unique is their authentic and traditional preparation.
|
Dumplings can be eaten by themselves or in soups and stews; they make an excellent combination with a side of our cold peanut noodles. Because we value healthy food, we do not add extra oil to the peanut sauce and provide traditional sides such as seaweed salad, kimchi, and edamame. Our dumplings are lightly fried to add the extra crispiness and flavor that our customers love. We provide our customers with a consistent taste and quality that cannot be found elsewhere.

"Consistently awesome. The dumplings are as great as they are at the
farmers market and the sides are awesome! I actually like their kimchi,
which is something I've been unable to say of most Asian places in
cville so far. Definitely my favorite place to get lunch at the corner."

"Love this place for a quick lunch between classes. I usually get shrimp or pork dumplings with kimchi and fried rice. I usually don't love froyo but they're green tea froyo is actually addicting."
